Hold an interview with an education

Hold an interview with an education supporting department leader and check documents / materials to find out whether he/she manages the below works.
A. Establish EESH education plan and lead the implementation when recruiting new and experienced employees.
B. Develop and run EESH education course for new organization leaders, FSEs, executives, and subsidiary presidents.
