4.2 Upon expiry of this Agreement,

4.2 Upon expiry of this Agreement, the Recipient shall promptly return to the Discloser all Confidential Information received under this Agreement, in tangible form and copies thereof or destroy such Confidential Information (including all copies thereof) and furnish the Discloser with a certification of such destruction.
