Owner shall indemnify and hold Mana

Owner shall indemnify and hold Manager harmless from any liability with respect to any environmental damage whether with respect to the Spa Facility's immediate environment or its neighborhood or otherwise arising from or related to the construction and equipping of the Spa Facility or the Management or Operation of the Spa Facility unless such damage or condition is in Manager’s responsibility in accordance with this Agreement
