Target Bonus Amounts are consistent across Salary Grade Level in the organization. The above amount is the target of Achiever level for your specific
Salary Grade which will not change unless your Leadership Level/Salary Grade changes prior to 31st December 2013.
Both Company Business Performance Bonus and Employee Individual Performance Bonus will be paid in March 2014 and employees must retain the
status on the day the bonus is paid. The employee with a service period of less than 12 months shall be paid on a pro-rata basis.
Fixed Bonus on base salary will be paid separately in December 2013 and prorated for employees completing less than 12 months service at time of
payment.
