In order to overcome these defects of the classical methods, molecular biological techniques based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) have been developed [2,10–21]. PCR analysis becomes popular as the most reliable method for identification of pathogenic fungi from clinical specimens. And to establish more sensitive, more rapid, cheaper, and simpler PCR system for practical use, several improvements have been attempted [9,20,21].
