8. Affiliates
(a) D&B Thailand may grant a sub-licence of its rights under this Agreement to its Affiliates on the same terms and conditions as this Agreement.
(b) D&B Thailand will procure that its Affiliates comply with all D&B Thailand’s obligations under this Agreement.
(c) Any sub-licence granted under this Clause 8 terminates on the earlier to occur of (i) termination of this Agreement or (ii) at such time that such Affiliate ceased to qualify as an Affiliate under this Agreement.
(d) If D&B Thailand assigns its rights and benefits under the CSA to an Affiliate pursuant to Clause 22 of the CSA, then D&B Thailand shall also be allowed to assign its rights and benefits under this Agreement to such Affiliate under the same conditions as apply to Clause 22 of the CSA.
