Key Responsibility:
Protect and advance the reputation, thought-leadership and visibility of management by managing execution of key internal engagements and activities. Research and vet opportunities for management participation based on criticality of the business, preserving the unique company culture.
Create, build and leverage sustainable innovative communications platforms that cultivate meaningful two-way dialogue across the organization. Build a network of consistent and impactful internal communications that support and amplify our business cycle; communications will help deepen employee understanding and engagement of key corporate programs that will drive the business.
Support the development of robust global communications programs for business critical initiatives including but not limited to Corporate Reputation, Corporate Strategy, Organizational Alignment, Cost Savings programs, new broad-based capability launches and key business updates.
Collaborate closely with key business partners across HR and all business units on the development, planning and execution of respective communications plans.
Manage execution around internal leadership transitions and changes in close collaboration with HR. Drive analysis around numerous impacted stakeholders/audience to ensure high-touch, customized communications are delivered.
