The Employee shall not, except with the Company’s prior explicit written consent, during or after the period of his/her employment under this Agreement, divulge to any third party whatever or otherwise make use of, and shall use his/her best endeavors to prevent the publication or disclosure of, any trade secret, proprietary information, technical data or know-how, including but not limited to, research, product plans, products, services, pricing and pricing strategies, trade connection with the Company's customers, dealers or suppliers, customer lists, dealer lists, supplier lists, financial or marketing forecasts, sales policies, confidential technique or concept or any other information, whether oral or visual or recorded in writing or electronically or in other medium or by other methods concerning the business or finances of the Company or any of its dealings, transactions or affairs, or any trade secret or proprietary information or any such confidential information concerning any of the Company's subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or any of their customers, dealers, suppliers, vendors or agents, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Confidential Information".
