Hello! :- )) Oh, I see. I should start learning your letters because that I've already heard that greeting : - ) I think that the most difficult thing to learn in Thai language is the pronunciation because it is so different than ours. Anyways, I study literature and language so those linguistic topics are very familiar to me, on the other hand I'm a musician that's why it's so important for me how it sounds : - )) And as I can see the pronunciation in your language has different tones and they are even connected with the meaning of speech sounds and words. Very interesting!
In Polish we have many different words for greeting but they are not connected with sex, so you can say "cześć" or "dzień dobry" both to men and women. I would like to tell you a lot about my country with pleasure : - ))
Looktan! You should know how much I envy you that weather! In Poland is winter still, there are lots of snow, the temperature is about -2 Celsius degrees and everyone here is waiting for the spring impatiently : - ) I live in Gdańsk, it's the lovely city with its medieval origins placed by the Baltic sea. You may check it out in the atlas : - ) It's often very windy here and the humidity is about 80-90%. But I really like living here, especially because of the forests and the sea. But the Baltic sea is rather cold, its temperature in summer is about 15-18 Celsius degrees !
I thought that it's not fair that you can't see my picture so I attach a couple for you!
Hugs!
