Hello Burt,



Hope you are well there. Thanks for your estimate quotation. We could work out to be more accurate along the progress of renovation.



Here are some comments pertaining to the layout plan, design and furniture/fittings.



1. Meeting room cum manager cabin. The size of tis room has to be bigger. Currently is 2.30x2.60m. Possible to have it larger, at least more than 2.30x3.00m. I feel the only possibility is to squeeze the pantry size, have to give up one part of the wall cabinet. Provision for 3 power points, 2 Network and 1 Telephone sockets.



2. Common area workstation. We do not prefer the tables arranged in a row of straight plank as shown in your artwork. We prefer the one shown in your floor plan, the short “L tables” is good. Therefore we should allocate space for a L table size of 150 x 60cm. Every workstation should come with 2 power point, 1 Telephone and 1 Network sockets. Reception table allocate 3 power point, 1 telephone and network sockets. Printer and fax machine area should have provision of 2 power point and 1 telephone socket.



3. M&E floor plan. Please do a M&E floor plan to show the placing of lighting switches, power points and telephone/network sockets.



4. Material. I will like to go through in detail and choose all the material and design used for our office. As you may notice I’m quite a particular and detail person, therefore I may need to meet you pertaining to all material consumption.

a. Floor rubber tile and plaster ceiling work

b. Plaster ceiling lights and switches

c. Glass board (color code) and s/steel material

d. Entrance tempered glass (size, thickness & color)

e. Toilet doors (PVC door image) and back exit door (possibility to remove door grill)

f. Toilet floor & wall tiles (color and design), toilet accessories



5. Furniture and fittings

a. Workstation, tables and cabinet/shelf/drawer (design, color, material)

b. Salvagnini signboard and logo lightbox (font size, design and material)

c. Air-conditioned brand and marking on floor plan position

d. Lights design

e. Kitchen cabinets (material and design), pantry s/steel sink (size and thickness) and water tap

f. Store room shelves material (able to hold certain weights)



Perhaps you may show me those urgent items or samples so that you are able to start the construction work immediately. I can choose base on pictures image, catalogues or brochures.
