Hi K.Nopporn,
Nice to see your email.. I have many emails to you but I have not received your response. How are you my friend? Hope you can reply to my separate emails...
About your email below, it is a big YES to follow those standards not only in Electrical but Mechanical as well. It is established by International bodies particularly for the safety of working personnel.
In Davao Brewery and other SMB breweries here in the Phils are following that standard. Before color of electrical conduits, terminal boxes, and drive motors were same as yours. Some have bare stainless or GI sheets only. Now, we program to paint those electrical conduits, terminal boxes and drive motors to follow the SOLID ORANGE COLOR all over its length. Big money is involved here that's why we program to paint certain areas per year until all are completed.
In a practical sense, color coding is there so that we are guided to quickly identify those lines or equipment for safety purposes and aid in troubleshooting. Here are my recommendations:
1. Estimate the cost to repaint the electrical components in each section or department.
2. Paint each area per year so that cost will be diluted and distributed to a longer period. This will be your 3 or 5 yr plan.
3. Apply budget per year.
Congrats! You are now benchmark in Fuel as of April and still BM on CO2 recovery. I will expect your response to my email.
regards,
