Representative and Warranties
The Employee hereby represents and warrants that:
7.1. The Employee shall not during the term of this Agreement, be retained by or enter into an agreement, either directly or indirectly, with any person or juristic person that engages in any trade, business, or occupation whatsoever which in any manner may be construed as being in competition with the Employer. Any secondary employment shall require the prior written approval from the Employer.
