1.3 Personal Objectives

After deciding to study in the Co-operative Education Program, I set myself some goals and objectives which I wished to achieve. These personal objectives for my Co-operative Education were to:
• Practice my speaking skills with foreigners to help improve my conversation skills.
• Gain self-development and be more confident.
• Gain other languages such as Chinese, Japan.
• Practice my listening, speaking skills with native speakers.
• Learn how to work and have responsibility.
• Learn how to work with other people in organization.
• Learn how to solve problems in working situation.
• Learn how to make relationship with colleagues.
• Improve my own personality.
• Have a good service mind.
