To establish an effective internal audit/ control section for agency management support. To gather and analyze data and prepare business report and performance result.
• Conduct internal control evaluation and risk assessment to identify loopholes and areas requiring management intervention and ensure that objective of the organization are achieved economically, efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with related departments in development of the following tools and areas: MCG and Due Diligence, Early Warning System, Predictive Model, Welcome call, Mystery Shopping
• Ensure quality of selection, promotion, demotion and appeal processes
• Ensure quality of premier agent and agency
• Ensure data accuracy in KPI Dashboard
• Self development on regulations and new technology in order consistency improve quality of work.
