As have contacted with the end cust

As have contacted with the end customer earlier(Mr.Pichit +66 86-3666-555) he informed that at site is using another service and couldn’t use this service(Partner's CCID : 2584A0401) caused affect the circuit down.
That he can’t confirm about the termination. Please kindly contact with the end customer for more details on this happening.
