It is of interest, and could be a good alternative to the conventional preservative. As you know well, cosmetic & personal care industry is pretty much concern the document as well as it is controlled by Thai FDA registration, so I would ask if you can work out a few things with this supplier for the proper formatted document.

On the CoA and product quality; I understand that the one you sent was only example of specification so please be informed that all of CoA of the actual product must have;
1. method of each parameter determination
2. company address
3. authorized person sign-off to certify the quality

On the MSDS,TDS and product data sheet;
1. product specification/ composition which is indicate CAS. Number and INCI must be shown the % (these can be in range)
2. is there any product bulletin exhibits uses, recommended dosage, efficacy data (such as MIC – minimum inhibitory concentration, test data) or references?
