Since education is a major component of health care, more attention is needed to plan the cooperative education, interactive behaviour changes for health and health issues in the country. The results of this study showed that training based on participation and interaction improves learners’ attitudes and beliefs. In order to promote diabetes self-care
behaviours educational CDs can be useful. So, training programs can be designed in accordance with the social and cultural characteristics of the region. Effective educational intervention based on behaviour patterns reduces the complications, morbidity and mortality among diabetic patients.
