The initial PV and AV of tomato seed oil were 0.63 meq/kg and 0.26 mg KOH/g oil, respectively, which increased to 54.42 meq/kg and 0.91 mg KOH/g oil, and 106.25 meq/kg and 0.77 mg KOH/g oil
(P < 0.05) for 25D1 and 35D samples respectively, at the end of storage period.
