In case of buyer does not exercise

In case of buyer does not exercise the right to termination clause according to article 7.3.1. Seller agrees to pay fine to buyer at the rate of 0.01 in daily day (but should not exceed ten percent of the unit price). However, If buyer has the right to adjust the seller fine to ten percent of the unit price and buyer believe the seller cannot fulfill this agreement to continue. The buyer has the right to terminate the agreement.
