Apple Suppliers must comply with the following underage labor requirements
(“Auditable Standards”) in order to be in compliance with the Code:
4.1 Employment policy: Suppliers shall at all times have a written
employment policy that clearly states the minimum age for Workers and
that complies with this Standard, applicable laws and regulations, the
Code, and all other relevant and applicable standards. Supplier shall
comply with its written employment policy at all times.
4.2 Systems to prevent recruitment of Underage Workers: Supplier
shall implement labor management systems in keeping with its
employment policy prohibiting underage labor (“Underage Labor Policy”).
