8:00 am - 5:30 pm Inauguration and 4 faculty development workshops (4x breakout rooms) (June 15)
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Academic presentations and other speakers (June 16)
7:00pm - 10:00pm Gala Dinner/Award Ceremony 200 pax
8:00 am - 3:00 pm One to one mentoring of doctoral students and award ceremony (June 17)
Set up: 1 grand ballroom for 250 pax
4 breakout rooms, 50 pax each room
Classroom set up
F&B: One Lunch and 2 coffee breaks each day for 250 attendees. And one dinner for 150 people on June 16.
