For user testing, field study approach has been chosen to
evaluate on the usability issues of the courseware, whereby
the evaluation session took place in slow learners' daily
classrooms. Researcher has already visited the classrooms
several times when conducting preliminary study and
formative evaluations. The visits were also conducted as to
obtain affiliation with the slow learners and get familiarize
with them to ensure they are not scared or behave differently
during user testing session.
