irradiation duringstorage.However, ΔE, and H1 valuesofsamplescontainingME(eitheraloneorwith
Aa) werehigherthanthatofcontrol,whereasirradiationhadnosignificant effectduringstorage.A
combination ofMEþAa (0.2%MEþ0.05% Aa)waseffectiveatdelayinglipidoxidationinirradiated
chicken sausage.Inaddition,nitritecontentswerereducedbygammarayasadosedependentmanner
