In order to receive messages to these numbers, the owners of the destination numbers must contact their mobile provider to unbar SMS Content partner filtering. In case of AIS mobile number please dial *137 to request for an unbar SMS Content partner filtering (Free of charge).

Please note that messages sent to 66863034801 which is a number that belongs to CAT Telecom didn't get delivered because this number is in roaming, and unfortunately we don't guarantee delivery to numbers that are in roaming.
Also, messages sent to 66842220374 which is a number that belongs to True Move network, returned ABSENT_SUBSCRIBER error, which means that the subscriber has most likely turned off his cellphone or is in a low signaling area.
