The objectives of this study are as follows:
1) To find core values for spa business
2) To apply value chain management model to the hotel spa
3) To encourage new spa entrepreneur or Thai Spa Association’s member to use spa
value chain model as a guideline to ensure organizational performance in terms of
customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and social responsibility.
4) To provide an idea of Spa Excellence Award for TSPA to be awarded to their
members as the first step to go for international award.
