3.1.1 Facility shall have comprehensive written policies and procedures consistent with legal requirements governing compensation and benefits of the employees.
3.1.2 Employees shall have received training on this policy.
3.1.3 Employees shall be paid at least the legal minimum wage.
3.1.4 Legal minimum wage rate shall be posted conspicuously on the work floor and available to employees.
3.1.5 All overtime hours shall be calculated and paid according to law.
3.1.6 Employees shall be provided with an accurate pay stub and the ability to question or review discrepancies or concerns at the time of payment.
3.1.7 Employees shall be paid in a timely matter as required by law.
3.1.8 Facility shall pay the employees directly.
3.1.9 Facility shall prohibit financial penalties for rules/policies violations.
